Queen of hearts and card craft

It would not be wonderland without queen of hearts and her soldiers a deck of cards. So I decide to make a mobile of cards.  Really easy fishing line, cards and hole punch. Hole punch cards and tie fishing line to it. You can make it as simple or as complicated as you want.

Here are some more ideas for your cards.

Recipe card: Pesto rolls

It has been insanely hot here in Southern California and when weather is like this you never want to cook. I want to sit on the sofa and sweat. However, I saw on Pinterest a roll that had pesto in it. When I went to link the not only was it in another language , but they wanted me to make my own biscuit dough.  There was no way that was happening in this heat. So I simplified it by using  Pillsbury crescent rolls.

 What need :
Pesto we like Trader  Joe’s Pesto
Pillsbury crescent rolls
Cookie sheet
Oven

Open the rolls and spread out on cookie sheet ungreased. Open pesto and spread evenly on rolls and roll up into crescents. Throw in oven and fallow directions to cook the rolls on package, Enjoy.

What I love Friday :Meal train

When I was gone to Oregon I had a family emergency and as scary as it has been one thing that has been getting me through is this amazing site called Meal Train

It is incredible site that provides a place to arrange meals for new parents, surgery, illness and more. It allows you create menu for the family in need, it has a guest book so anyone can leave comments. However, my favorite thing is journal in which you can write entries that if choose goes to your e-mail automatically letting everyone know what is going on. If it was not for these feature and my uncles great updates I would be so worried. It has made my life so much better and I can’t say enough for this site it is truly a life saver and such a great way to create support system. My Aunt is doing well  and slow getting better it slow process ,but she has lot's of support from family and friends. She is incredible strong in body and soul.

Sneak peak of Candice's wedding scrapbook

Hello Monday !! I feel pinched on time lately. Guess trying to catch up from my trip, but I have not felt likeI have had much of a breath much less do craft like I usually do. Here is sneak peak at Candice’s off road wedding scrapbook.

First thing to know is Candice’s is not girly girl so I had heck of time trying not make wedding book without being  really girl. Her wedding colors were blue and silver so I used a lot of those colors. I found a scrapbook paper that looks like Jeans and I had to use it. I am very happy with results so far.

Also there is little to nothing off roading embellishments or pages out there. So I feel like I am in uncharted territory, but I have gotten to get creative.  I think it looks  great.
